About the book

During my practical journey with road projects in Saudi Arabia, which spanned 45 years, starting with development projects in Mina for eight years, and then road projects, including Duba / Tabuk project, part two, to Riyadh Sudair Al-Qassim project, part eight, agricultural roads in Qassim, Buraydah ring road, parts 1, 6 & 7, and Al-Qassim Road, Al-Madina, part one. Hail Al-Jawf, the number of parts 4, and parts of the secondary roads project in Riyadh and the direct Jeddah-Makkah project, part two and its conclusion, the Haramain Express Train Project, the first phase, complete earthworks, roads and intersections for the Haramain Road in Jeddah and King Khalid Third Ring Road in Madinah and various infrastructure projects.

And by virtue of my position as the director of the engineering department in the company, I continued to work for 37 years, and this number of projects prompted me to think of a different way to control this number of projects and successive ones.

Hence, work began to prepare the idea of ​​this book by having ready-made models to be used by preparing the workshop plans quickly and then inventorying the project quantities accurately and according to the method of measurement and payment. All consultant and contractor work to ensure accurate quantities and there is no dispute over their authenticity.
